Aged in the bottle with the lees for 15 months. Single varietal 100% Albariño. Sparkling wine made using the ancestral method. No added sugars or yeasts. Fermented at room temperature with wild yeasts. Aged in the bottle with the lees for 15 months. Manual disgorging in April 2021. No D.O./I.G.P. Only 900 bottles produced. Contains sulphites.
