Vineyard on 3 terraces in Marça. Soils largely of decomposed granite, combined with calcareous clay and sandy loam. Organic and biodynamic cultivation. All work is done by hand. The grapes are gently pressed, fermented and aged in Austrian Stockinger oak foudres for 9 months on its fine lees. A fine, mineral, Mediterranean wine with character and personality. To enjoy now or as a wine for cellaring. Contains sulphites.
