Rodrigo Méndez of the renowned Forjas del Salnés winery, together with Alberto Orte, crafts this wine with grapes from the Eira da Juapa estate in Meis in the Salnés Valley subzone. The wine is macerated on skins for 24 hours and aged for a year in a 5,000-litre foudre. The wine maintains a magnificent balance, freshness and complexity due to its time in foudre. A wine to be enjoyed now or several years down the road. Contains sulphites.
