Medalla Real Gran Reserva Carmenere

Part of the wine is fermented in the liquid phase using the thermovinification process to enhance the red fruit aromas. The post-fermentation maceration time was defined for each individual tank, varying from a few hours to 7 days after completion. It was aged in American and French oak for 8 months. Contains sulphites.
