The grapes come from small, old vertical vineyards, La Viña de Bernardo in Loma de Los Jacintos and La Viña de Pitón in Cerro de las Cucarras (Pagos de en medio), harvested with the help of mules and with the greatest possible delicacy. The grapes are macerated with their skins for one day, the Moscatel is fermented in an old (more than 100 years old) 3300 litre foudre used to age Brandy. The Pedro Ximén is fermented in a 640 l cask, after both fermentations they are blended and aged in the same 3300 l foudre for 10 months with lees work. The wine is clearly marked by subtle aromas of the Brandy that was aged in the foudre, giving it a very particular touch in aromas. In the mouth it is intense, with good concentration and great acidity which makes it a very gastronomic wine as well as original. 3891 bottles produced. Contains sulphites.
