Plots between 25 and 70 years old in the municipalities of Marçà, Pla de Falset and Capçanes. Soils of different compositions, mostly stony, clayey and calcareous, and altitudes of 350-450 m. Organic farming. All work is carried out by hand. Harvest by hand in 10 kg crates. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats for 2 months, after which it is aged for 10 months in 2,500 litre foudres from the respected Austrian cooperage Stockinger. Production of 27,382 bottles. Contains sulphites.
