100% tintilla from the Mocaden estate. Destemmed 100%, crushed except for 15% that went in with the whole grape. One punching down per day. Alcoholic fermentation in plastic tanks of 1000 litres, pressing and malolactic fermentation. Then 40% was aged in used French oak barrels, and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months, homogenised, clarified with pea protein and very lightly filtered. The result of this novelty of the Blanco brothers' winery is a fine, tasty and fruity Sanlúcar tintilla. Contains sulphites.
