Chocoholic Pinotage

South Africa's emblematic variety is Pinotage, a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. A variety with very characteristic aromas that in this wine are loaded with ripe fruit and notes of vanilla and chocolate coming from the part aged with toasted staves. A wine with an almost sweet touch that makes it perfect to accompany savoury or spicy dishes, even ripe or blue cheeses. Its tannins are soft and ripe which makes the wine very easy to drink, perfect to get to know this variety with personality. Contains sulphites.
