100% Malbec from the oldest vines on the property, and is located in the driest and highest area of the estate. The soils are calcareous clay with high carbonate content (old seabed), which gives the wine freshness and acidity. The grapes are harvested at the end of September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to protect and maintain the aromas of the black fruit characteristic of the Malbec of the winery. After fermentation it is transferred to French oak barrels for 14 months. Contains sulphites.
