Slate soils from vineyards over 20 years old with yields of 4,500 kg/ha. Harvested by hand, the grapes arrive at the winery in 15 kg crates. Fermentation with its own yeasts, fermentation in 190 litre Asturian oak barrels for 4 months with light battonage of its lees twice a day. Gentle filtration and bottling. Only 300 bottles of production of which only 180 will be available for distribution. It replaces the Cien Montañas Verdejo Negro, as it leaves the D.O. Cangas. It contains sulphites.
