    Single varietal 100% espadeiro. Maceration with skins for 5 weeks in wooden vats. Fermentation at room temperature with wild yeasts. Aged in 225 litre French oak barrels for 10 months. 300 bottles produced. Without D.O./I.G.P. Minimum availability. Contains sulphites.
