Vineyards located on the Cabe and Rosende rivers. Direct pressing, cold racking, malolactic fermentation in new barrels and a stainless steel vat on lees. Aged for 6 months in new barrels (70%) and the rest in stainless steel. Autochthonous yeasts. Bottled by hand and lightly filtered. Only 356 bottles. A great wine for current enjoyment or for cellaring. Contains sulphites.
