Own vineyards worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture, located in a plot in Artómaña, in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterised by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate that ranges from Atlantic to continental, depending on the vintage. The vines are 13 years old, trellised and double Guyot. Harvest 100% handpicked in 7 kg crates. Between 16 and 18 October. Pressed in a low-yield horizontal pneumatic press (58% Max). Fermentation in 2.500 and 5.000 lts. stainless steel tanks with ageing on lees for 5 months. 30.101 bottles of production. Contains sulphites.
