We carefully match climates and soil types to each grape variety, and guide each vineyard through the entire winemaking process. Made in small lots from the vineyard. Throughout the vinification process, whole bunches are pressed to preserve the qualities of the fresh fruit. Aged on lees with monthly battonage (lees stirring) to obtain our characteristic velvety, silky texture and creamy, silky taste. Contains sulphites.
