The Miño valleys unique climate and soils allow the cultivation of a range of different premium grape varieties and production of quality grapes. Varieties such as Loureiro and Treixadura are more sensitive to the challenges posed by the climate than the widely planted Albariño, yet are important indigenous varieties in the region. Bodegas La Val is committed to producing a modern style, high quality, multi-varietal wine. Loureiro and Treixadura grapes are grown in our Porto vineyard, in the heart of El Condado.

Yellow straw colour with greenish hues, very bright. On the nose the wine has mediumhigh intensity with floral and fruity notes and fresh herbs. Citrus and creamy aromas typical of Albariño, combine with green apple characters from Treixadur; with herb, balsamic and gently smoky notes from the aromatic Loureiro. On the palate the wine is fresh and balanced, with well integrates acidity and full fruity flavours. Minerality and zesty citrus notes on the finish cleanse the palate... ready for the next sip.
