    The grapes are harvested 25 days earlier than usual in the area when the grapes are tasty and balanced. Vatted with whole bunches of grapes in open steel vats, maceration for 28 days, soft pressing, transferred to 500 litre French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use, for 1 year then transferred to 2,000 litre cement vats without lining, bottled and aged for at least 8 months in the bottle before being marketed. The result is a very elegant wine that makes us think that the wine comes from vineyards more influenced by the Atlantic than by the Murcian sun. Contains sulphites
