Vespres Tinto, from the Montsant DO, combines red Grenache, Carignan and Syrah from 20 to 70 year old vineyards in clay-limestone soils. After fermentation in cement tanks, it is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak foudres. It offers intense red fruit and balsamic notes, with a silky texture, fresh acidity and an elegant, long-lasting finish.
