Niel Bester Signature Blend is a red wine of great elegance and power, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Despite the staggered harvest in 2020 due to uneven ripening, the wine has merged into a Bordeaux blend that stands out for its deep dark red color, notes of black fruits, vanilla and spice. It ages 14 months in new and used French barrels, followed by 4 months in used barrels, achieving a refined balance between fruit, tannins and acidity.
