Grapes from Falset, Marçà and Capçanes vineyards. Organic cultivation and manual work. The grapes are harvested and go directly to a pneumatic press, which slowly extracts the best quality must for 6 hours. It ferments for 15 days in stainless steel and cement (70%), and will remain in these same tanks for another 5 months to refine its aromas and structure while retaining all its freshness. Contains sulphites.
