Grapes from vineyards surrounding the winery in Marçá. Average age of the vines between 15-20 years. Organic cultivation and manual work. The grapes are harvested and go directly to a pneumatic press, which slowly extracts the best quality must for 6 hours. It ferments for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, and will remain in these same tanks for a further 3 months to refine its aromas and structure while retaining all its freshness. Contains sulphites.
