Sílice Xabrega is a red wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra, made from Mencía grapes in sloping vineyards on granite and mica soils. With only 288 bottles produced, it stands out for its organic farming and spontaneous fermentation, offering an elegant nose of red fruit and wild flowers, and a velvety palate with mineral and smoky notes. Ideal with cured meats, red meats and spoon dishes, it is recommended to be served at 16 ºC.
