This vegan wine is made from organically grown grapes. Harvested at night, so that the grapes are at the optimum temperature before pressing. The ancestral method for making Pet Nat consists of bottling the wine before fermentation is complete, so that it continues in the bottle. The natural carbonic remains trapped in the bottle producing bubbles. Because it is not disgorged, when the bottle is shaken a slight cloudiness is produced by the lees in suspension. A refreshing and delicious wine to drink. Crown cork.
