Aged for 7 months in concrete tanks. Semi-arid limestone soil. The vines of this wine are on both slopes of the valley, the eastern plots, more shady, provide freshness, minerality, elegance and the western ones, with more hours of sunshine, provide the maturity and warmth of the variety. Bush vase plantations with traditional 2.80 x 2.80 m frames. Very stony and permeable soil, which allows the low humidity to be maintained. These are deep soils where the roots sink and can thus survive extreme situations of drought. Contains sulphites.
