A young, fresh txakoli, with exuberant acidity, fruity and floral aromas very characteristic of the new generation of txkaolis. Without the carbonic of other txakolis, this white wine is made with a selection of well-ripened grapes from vineyards in the embrace of the Anboto, Oiz and Mugarra mountains and the Urdaibai marshes (declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 1984). Without aging, it only passes through stainless steel tanks to maintain the greatest freshness and primary aromas. Contains sulfites.
