Monopole S.XXI is a 100% Verdejo wine, harvested at night and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its primary aromas. The 2023 vintage, with night harvesting and favorable weather conditions, resulted in optimal and healthy grapes. Pale yellow-green in color, it has aromas of mango, peach and grapefruit, and an elegant mouthfeel with a balanced finish between acidity and bitterness.

Winemaking characteristics
The grapes are selected in the field and harvested at night from the best vineyards for the production of this 100% Verdejo wine.
Once the grapes are in the winery, we press them and the must obtained is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures to facilitate the extraction and preservation of the primary, floral and fruity aromas typical of this grape.
Harvest data
The 2023 harvest begins on August 15 and ends on October 5 with a lower production.
Harvesting is carried out at night to preserve the grapes in perfect organoleptic conditions and avoid oxidation.
The climatic conditions, with very hot weather in August and heavy rainfall in early September, have allowed the grapes to ripen properly and are in optimum sanitary condition.
Tasting notes
Pale greenish yellow color.
Good aromatic intensity where we discover fruits such as mango, peach and grapefruit mixed with spicy and herbaceous notes.
The entry on the palate is enveloping, with an elegant passage and a very balanced finish between acidity and bitterness typical of the variety. The aftertaste is long and fruity.
A perfect accompaniment to white meats, fish, seafood, pâtés and, of course, as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature 8 to 10ºC.
