    Description

    Aged in 225-litre French oak barrels for 10 months, a blend of Brancellao and Mencía. Maceration with skins for 5 weeks in wood. Fermentation at room temperature with wild yeasts. Ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for 10 months. 300 bottles produced. Without D.O./I.G.P. Contains sulphites.
