100% Albariño. Maceration of 5 weeks with the skins, and after that it is aged in 300-litre earthenware jars for 10 months. Therefore it can be considered an orange wine (made with skins like a red wine) or better known as orange wine. A surprising wine, with great structure and volume, clean and tasty thanks to the good acidity of the albariños of the region. Contains sulphites.
