Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo. The cabernet and merlot are found in the upper and lower parts of the vineyard, with a mixture of soils, although they are mostly poor with limestone subsoil. The grapes are harvested in September, and the bunches with less pyrazines and less drying tannins are selected. Fermentation of Cabernet and Malbec is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, with little time and whole berries. Cabernet and Merlot are aged in 225 and 228 litre barrels, and Tempranillo in 300 litre barrels, all 12 months. Contains sulphites.
