Rosa Rivero is a farm wine from the Valdemioto parcel at about 500 meters of altitude.
Terraces where slate soils predominate.
Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kgs. Maceration of the grapes in boxes in a refrigerator and in storage 72 hours before alcoholic fermentation. Destemmed and not crushed from the grape to favor the primary aromas.
Fermentation with native yeast.
The wine ages in French oak barrels during 12 months.
