Niel Bester Shiraz, created by renowned winemaker Niel Bester, is a South African wine with an elegant combination of power and fruitiness. Grown in sandy, granitic soils of the Paardeberg, the wine ferments in stainless steel and matures for 16 months in used French oak barrels, developing a complex profile of dark berries, plums, cinnamon and smoked meat. Its balance of tannins and fruit, along with notes of chocolate and pepper, ensures excellent cellaring.
