Grapes from vineyards in Falset, Marçà and Capçanes, on calcareous clay and clay soils, harvested in September 2022. Ecological cultivation and manual work without chemical or synthetic products. Harvest in 10 kg. crates and immediate transport to the winery. Fermentation with part of the stems in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Only indigenous yeasts and no other oenological additives. Low temperature fermentation. Easy and satisfying to drink. Contains sulphites.
