Florens 2022, a tribute to Josep Grau's mother, is a Montsant wine made with red Grenache from 75 and 100 year old vineyards in calcareous soils. Fermented in concrete tanks and aged for 12 months in Austrian oak foudres, it offers aromas of fruit, flowers, spices and earth, with a fresh taste, citrus notes and a subtle forest cherry finish.
