Fermentation in 2,500 litre truncated cone-shaped foudre made of Austrian oak from the Stockinger cooperage. Aged for 14 months in the same foudre, and 300-litre French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd use. The grapes come from 5 estates in Gratallops on slate soils (licorella). In keeping with our philosophy, Pedrabona reflects above all the essence of a vineyard landscape of small plots, surrounded by woods and low stone walls separating narrow terraces of pure slate soils. Already made in the new winery in the village of Gratallops, where all the harvesting and ageing work has been carried out using organic and biodynamic methods. Contains sulphites.
