Silice - Finca Lobeiras

Finca Lobeira is located on clay-limestone soils at the top of the Sil River canyon, in the parish of Barantes. The vineyard is about 20 years old. Made from 100% whole grapes with stems (Mencía, Albarello and Merenzao), alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in used 225-litre barrels. Aged for 15 months on its fine lees in used 225 litre barrels. Production limited to 300 bottles. Served in a wooden box. Contains sulphites.
