El Camaleón is a wine made with Romé, the only red variety native to Malaga, from high altitude vineyards (700-1000 m) in the Axarquía. Its manual and meticulous harvest, together with fermentation in wooden vats and aging on lees, results in a wine with a soft color, intense in the mouth and with a fresh and unique aromatic profile.
