Los Loros Vindemia Listán Negro 2021, from D.O. Valle de Güímar, is a fresh and accessible red wine made from the native Listán Negro variety. The wine is made from a combination of whole and destemmed grapes, ferments spontaneously with its own yeasts, and spends a month in used barrels before being bottled unfiltered. Its modern profile makes it an excellent introduction to Canarian reds.
