A wine from a single plot of about 105 years old, in the municipality of Marçá. Soils with a clay-limestone composition. Organic and biodynamic cultivation. 100% manual work in the vineyard. Harvest in 10 kg crates. Fermentation with autochthonous yeasts, fermented in 2,500 litre Stockinger conical foudre, after which it is aged for 14 months in 2,500 litre Stockinger foudres. A perfect example of the finesse of the Montsant or Priorat Garnachas, without extreme extractions and with integrated alcohol. 5,800 bottles of production.
