On licorella and calcareous clay soils in the subsoil. All work in the vineyard is done by hand and we do not use any chemical or synthetic products. Following the principles of organic and biodynamic cultivation, we guarantee the biodiversity of the area, the sustainability of the vineyard and the essence of its origin. Harvested by hand. We press the grapes lightly with their stems for 7 hours. The Grenache Blanc is fermented and aged in 1 850 litre foudre of Austrian Stockinger oak, and the Macabeo and Trepat Blanc in 300 litre barrels of very fine grain French oak. All at controlled temperature. Subsequently we age the wine for 7 months. A great wine for immediate enjoyment or for ageing. Contains sulphites.
