Airén from a vineyard over 30 years old in poor soils with low yields. After fermentation, it is put together in 20-litre glass demijohns where it spent 10 months without being stirred. The result is an "orange" wine, where the skins and the flower that emerges give character and colour to the wine. It is a wine that breaks with the already known elaborations of this house and it takes you into another world of "different" wines and perfect to introduce you to the orange wines. Contains sulphites.
