Soils of granite, sand and slate from vineyards in the Sil canyon. White grapes (treixadura, palomino, albariño and others) scattered in different vineyards on the banks of the river Sil. Made with indigenous yeasts and aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks with its own lees. A fatty and concentrated wine with enough freshness to recognise its Galician nature. Another great work of this small and young winery. 3100 bottles produced. Contains sulphites.
