Grapes from a blend of 10 year old vines and other vines in the area with vines over 100 years old. Maceration in press prior to gentle pressing. Fermentation and resting in steel tanks without lees and without malolactic fermentation. Natural yeasts. Bottled in September 2021. Wine without D.O./I.G.P. Contains sulphites.
