Viña Lobera Verdejo Ecological
Viña Lobera is an organic wine from old vineyards, harvested by hand to preserve its qualities. Fermented in stainless steel, it has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. The palate is fresh, with a fruity aftertaste ideal for seafood and fish.

The grapes are harvested by hand taking advantage of the coolest hours of the day in order to maintain the organoleptic properties of the grapes.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank at low temperatures and later it is naturally stabilized and then bottled for its release to the market.
Harvest data
The climatic conditions, with very hot weather in August and intense rainfall at the beginning of September, have allowed the grapes to ripen correctly, and they are in optimum sanitary conditions.
We can expect great wines for the 2023 vintage.
Tasting notes
Elegant pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
Aromatically attractive for its characteristic notes of tropical fruits, citrus and herbaceous notes such as fennel and boxwood.
To this we add the freshness and friendliness perceived in the mouth, which prolongs the fruity aftertaste that invites us to continue tasting this wine.
Perfect to drink it alone or to accompany it with seafood, fish, even with exotic sauces.
Recommended serving temperature 8-10ºC.
