It has only been in Inox for 7 months. Calcareous clay soils in the Arrastaria Valley at an altitude of 330 metres above sea level. Own vineyards worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture, located in three plots in Artómaña, in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterised by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate that ranges from Atlantic to continental, depending on the vintage. The vines are 10 years old, trellised and double Guyot. Harvest 100% handpicked in 7 kg crates. Between 1 and 10 October. Pressed in a horizontal pneumatic press with a low yield (60% Max). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1.000 lts. with ageing on lees for 7 months. Bottled on 30 June 2019. Contains sulphites.
