Tantaka Diapiro Naranja
Own vineyards worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture, located in three plots (Belandika, Itxolo and Cementerio) in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterised by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate that ranges from Atlantic to continental, depending on the vintage. The vines are 12 years old, trained on trellises and double Guyot. Harvested 100% by hand in 7 kg crates. Harvest in mid-October. Pressed in horizontal pneumatic press with low yield (55% Max). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1000 lts. with ageing on lees for 7 months. Bottled 30 July 2022. Contains sulphites.
