The grapes macerate with their skins for a couple of days, after which the must is racked and fermented in stainless steel tanks with its own lees for a few months. The wine no longer has the characteristic fine bubbles and gains in structure and volume. Ready to fight with other quality fresh white wines. Contains sulphites.
