12 months in 2000 litre foudre. Calcareous clay soils (honeycomb). A wine from La Serra d'Almos from a plot at an altitude of 229 m, vineyards between 35-40 years old. Very low yields (3000-4000 kg/ha.). Ecological cultivation, harvesting in small boxes, triple selection of grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 2000 litre foudres and subsequent ageing for 14 months in the same Austrian oak foudres (Stockinger). Expression of the best that Montsant and its wonderful garnachas can offer.
