Tantaka Diapiro Verde

Own vineyards worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture, located in two plots (Belandika, Itxolo) in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterised by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate that ranges from Atlantic to continental, depending on the vintage. The vines are 13 years old, trained on trellises and double Guyot. Harvest 100% handpicked in 7 kg crates. Between 14 and 17 September. Pressed in horizontal pneumatic press with low yield (55% Max). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1000 lts. with ageing on lees for 7 months. Bottled on 20 May 2023.
