A wine made from Mencía, Merenzao and Palomino wines in the form of rosé with a short maceration time with skins so as not to pick up too much colour. Harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes with grapes from vineyards in the Sil River Canyon with granite, sand and slate soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, partly in new barrels and stainless steel tanks. Subsequent ageing of 4 months also between the new barrel and the stainless steel tank. A serious wine with structure and body, to be enjoyed now or left to evolve in the bottle. Bottled by hand and a small filtration. Contains sulphites.
