Vineyards on ferritic clay with Tertiary sands and pebbles (lutites) and very fine clays on sandstone slabs from Finca la Dehesilla. Harvested by hand in small boxes of 15 kg, transported to the winery where it is destemmed and transferred to a stainless steel tank where it undergoes a pre-fermentative maceration at 5º for 7 days. Pressing, racking and alcoholic fermentation (without malolactic fermentation) for 52 days. Aged for 42 months in 225 and 300 litre French oak barrels. Then homogenised in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Contains sulphites.
