Cuva Vella is a 1980 Muscat de Liqueur, with PDO Valencia, which presents a dark iodine color with amber reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of coffee, raisins, figs, burnt caramel and black licorice, with menthol and spicy notes. The taste is warm and unctuous, with a balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness, and a lingering elegance. This oenological jewel resulted from an "oenological oblivion" and was recovered from an old winery, blended with younger muscat to preserve its identity.
