In 1973 was born Contino, the first "chateau" of Rioja. Its wines are obtained only from the vineyards planted on its 62 hectares. The vineyard of Contino is integrated around an old manor house, in a meander of the Ebro in Laserna, a hamlet in the municipality of Laguardia. Rioja Alavesa.

1 bottle of Contino Viña del Olivo:
Manual selection of the best clusters from our plot of the Olive Tree (a specimen close to 700 years old), one of the few estates of calcareous clay in Contino, with a very high content of active limestone, a slope of 5 to 7% with southern exposure, dry land and without the use of herbicides and organic fertilization. Planted in 1980.
1 bottle of Contino Graciano:
Complex nose with violet hints, floral aromas combined wild blackberries and an elegant mineral finish.
In the mouth it is a long and fleshy wine, which stands out for the silkiness of its tannins.
Contino Graciano is an elegant and balanced wine, the result of a magnificent ripening of the variety in our Finca San Rafael and an excellent aging process.

Contino Garnacha is an elegant and very balanced wine, where its elaboration has been thought to favor its extraction in aroma and flavor.
1 bottle of Contino White:
The Garnacha Blanca comes from the San Gregorio Encina estate planted in 1980 with calcareous clay soils. The Viura comes from different areas of Contino, from the alluvial and old Lentisco estate, from the stony San Gregorio La Tabla and from the Santa María estate. All are between 35 and 40 years old.
